I didn't get a verification email.

Check your spam / junk folder first. If it's not there, re-request from the sign-in screen and double-check the email is typed correctly. Still nothing? Email us.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, matches, messages, and quiz results. The action can't be undone.

No activities are showing up.

Make sure location access is enabled in iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services → IRLobby. If you're new to the area or it's quiet, try expanding your distance filter or hosting your own activity.

How do I report a person or activity?

Tap the ⋯ menu on any profile, activity card, or chat thread. You can block, report, or both. Reports go to our moderation team and are reviewed within 24 hours.

Can I use IRLobby without sharing my location?

You can — but discovery quality drops sharply since we can't surface nearby activities. We only use location while the app is in use, never in the background.

When is Android coming?

It's on the roadmap but no firm date yet. Email hello@irlobby.com with subject "Android waitlist" and we'll notify you when it lands.

How do I change or retake the vibe quiz?

Profile → Vibe quiz → Retake. Your previous answers stay saved until you finish a new run.
