IRLobby ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use the IRLobby mobile app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account info: email address, display name, profile photo.
- Activity content: activities you create or join, vibe-quiz answers, messages.
- Location: coarse location while the app is in use, used to surface nearby activities.
- Diagnostics: crash and performance data via Sentry. No advertising identifiers.
How we use it
- To operate core features (matching, chat, activity discovery).
- To prevent abuse and keep the community safe.
- To debug crashes and improve performance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the app (hosting, crash reporting, map tiles) under contractual confidentiality.
Your choices
- You can delete your account from the app at any time, which removes your profile, matches, and messages.
- You can disable location access in iOS / Android settings — discovery quality will degrade.
- You can request a copy of your data by emailing the address below.
Children
IRLobby is not directed to children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be surfaced in-app.
